Can I renewal SSM that has expired more than 12 months ?
No, if your SSM expired more than 12 months, you cannot renew SSM online.
Your SSM business certificate has been terminated.
You must go to SSM office process the new registration.
Sdn. Bhd. / PLT need to renewal ?
Sdn. Bhd. or PLT is no renewal needed.
The Branches need renewal together same time ?
Yes, all branches need to renewal together same time, cannot separate.
What is Late Renewal Compound ?
Once your SSM is not renewed on the specified expiration date, there will be penalties by SSM.
Penalties will calculated based on a monthly, the penalty for the first month is RM20, and thereafter an increase of RM10 per month.
Note ! your SSM will terminated by SSM, if late renewal more than 12 months.
Can i renew SSM without paying the Compound if have ?
Yes you can, but please be noted that you still need to pay the compound within the specified date given by SSM.
What is the Certified True Copy (CTC) ?
A certified true copy (CTC) is the copy of a document that is stamped and signed as a true copy of the original by a person who is allowed to take declarations. “Learn More”
