Refunds/Cancellation
All order has Money Back Guarantee, if relevant departments reject your order, we will doing refund to you, such as: reject your SSM Renew or SSM Reprint.
All refunds will be charged 10% from your order total to cover the cost for payment gateway and handling, process will done within 3 working days.
No cancellation or refund will be made if the order has been completed, or you place the order more then 5 minutes, you must contact us within 5 minutes after you place the order.
No refund will be made if order has been fulfilled with the wrong information your provide.
